Internally, we go by TCO - short for Technology and Customer Operations.

I'm Sameer. I am currently a team leader for sales and use tax at Avalara. I currently reside in Pune. I come from an insurance and technology background, and this is my first view to the tax world.I was at a point in my career where stability and work-life balance really played a very important role in my life. Avalara was a answer to all my questions, my needs, and of course Avalara comes with a strong financial stability as well. So hence I'm here and loving it.
